Just in time for midterms, NoteMesh is a new website that allows students to add class notes in a wiki format, so everyone in the class can view, add, or edit the same notes. "Open Command Window Here" Built Into Vista, But Must Be Unlocked

You can now open a Command Prompt for any directory in Vista without having to download a Powertoy. However, they do keep it hidden to protect users from, well, themselves. All you have to do though is hold down the Shift key and right-click on a folder (if you just right-click without the Shift key you will not see the option).

Is Xgl Really Worth It? Microsoft vs Mac OSX

Perhaps I am missing something here, but why in the world is anyone worried about whether or not Xgl is outdoing the efforts of Microsoft's Vista? Seriously, we already know that Vista has problems of its own, and this is not even counting the fact that Xgl outperforms Vista's Aero hands down without the need for extra video card upgrades.

You can select from 5 values, from slowest to fastest, but you must know that a faster crawl uses more bandwidth.
